7. Product Conditions

  • INKCHIP Firmware is non-refundable.
  • Each firmware is generated for one specific printer and cannot be used on another device.
  • INKCHIP Firmware works only with Windows operating systems.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders for digital goods cannot be canceled once the firmware or license key has been generated or delivered.
If a technical issue occurs before delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

9. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • The product was not delivered due to a verified system error on our side;
  • The firmware was not generated or the license could not be activated because of a confirmed technical issue with our system.

No refunds will be granted for incorrect purchases, user error, or unsupported printer models.

10. License and Usage Rights

When purchasing INKCHIP firmware or software, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for one printer device only.
You may not redistribute, resell, modify, or reverse-engineer our software in any way.
Violation of this license agreement may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

INKCHIP.NET is not liable for any damage, data loss, or hardware malfunction resulting from misuse, incompatible printer setup, or violation of usage instructions.
All software is provided “as is,” and by downloading it, you agree to use it at your own risk.
