Digital goods, such as service manuals, user manuals, parts lists, are available to download exactly after on-line SECURE payment by Credit Card. If for some reason you could not download ordered document – please, feel free to CONTACT US NOW.
Goods, which are to be shipped will be shipped normaly in 24 hours after payment.
We ship our products to almost every country in the world via USPS Air Letter Post or Air Parcel Post overseas and Express Mail Service (EMS), the guaranteed worldwide courier service. EMS guarantees delivery time of within 3-4 business days to main destinations worldwide with Internet tracking.

Delivery is available to street addresses only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
All items will be shipped within 24 hours, upon verification of payment . INKCHIP.NET is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by EMS or their policies.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered. This has been one of the most requested features by our customers and it has been fully implemented. We offer shipping through UPS.
USPS ground usually arrives within 7-12 business days – depends on country.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please CONTACT US NOW within 15 days of your receipt date and we will solve the problem. Please be sure to include your Order Confimation Number so we can quickly reference your purchase.

All items that are shipped are carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality. Products must be returned in their entirety in their original condition and packaing.
Please make sure to also include a copy of your sales receipt.
Place the returned item(s) in proper packaging. We recommend you to use the same packaging in which we shipped the items to you. We will not refund items that are damaged due to improper packaging.
Only un-opened items may be returned, unless the product is defective. Defective products may be exchanged for the same item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
